So Youmacon was phenomenal as always. ^^

We left too early on Friday morning, Craig(our roommate) insisted on leaving at 9. o-o; So we get packed and it's rainy and crappy out. I was in "omg my costume is gonna die" mode XD. About 20 mins later and several times getting cut off, we arrived at the Hyatt. Craig dropped me and Jeremy off at the door and we grabbed our bags and went to go check in. They weren't ready and they didn't have any ready non-smoking rooms so we ended up getting in line for pre-reg. We waited from 9:45ish to 11 when it opened, got our badge and then checked in. After getting situated in our room we went to opening ceremonies. "This is Youmacon" always gets me pumped, and my favorite guest ever was there being silly as always. (Mike your awesome :3)

We checked out the dealers room after that. Omg...I hate there dealers room, I feel so claustrophobic in there. Plus my tail kept hitting people and I felt bad. x-x; We skimmed through the artist alley, since I always like to look through it once before I go back and buy anything. Then cosplay sign up opened. My first judging was at 7ish that night, for Adell's mom, my 2nd judging was the next morning at 10 for Jeremy's Saiyaman, and the last was Serge and Leena for Masquerade at 11. All the judgings went well, and I think I'm getting better at presenting and explaining my costumes. Sadly, while getting my judging stuff ready I missed the pokemon gathering Instead I wore my gengar hoodie to the mall and ate taco bell. lol We really didn't do much but wander until later that night when Jeremy wanted to go to the Higurashi panel. Where... I proved to him that he's an EXTREME FANBOY > XD The panelist didn't show up so others ran the panel in a quiz fashion... and he answered at least 75% of the questions =_=;;; Dammit Jeremy XD

After that we waited in line for Travis Uncensored. Best. Panel. Ever. I've never laughed that much at a panel. X3 Went to bed...sorta... couldn't sleep because Craig snores like he's choking on a chicken bone... =_=; So me and jeremy got up and wandered around youma at 4 in the morning @_@ Rather boring...Then slept...a little lol.

Saturday morning after the two judgings, we went to the Chrono Cross gathering. Which was sadly outside. x-x; And that wasn't agreeing with most of us since most of our costumes are for tropical weather, and it was windy and cold. So we became a mobile gathering lol. We got several pictures taken, and we all dance when the spoony bards played scars of time. Somebody even gave most of us keychains of the character we cosplayed as. My serge keychain is so cute @_@ and so is Jeremy's Leena. After that we went and got my season 2 of Venture bros for Mike to sign and we got in line. Craig went to the Tales panel and hated it...Gee I wonder why =_=;; I would have too. Meeting Mike was great X3 He signed my season and I recorded him being silly on my phone in deans voice. The signing ran over so we had to rush to go into the masquerade green room. Once we got there it was a long wait because of technical difficulties. Jeremy was pretty nervous, it was his first time on stage, but I really think he did well. ^^ We didn't win anything, but we still had fun and I'll just try harder next year. After that we just hung out for a while, we went and got burger king, and I wore "Casual" serge, basically just the blue under shirt, the shorts, leena's flip flops and my wig on, and my bandana around my neck. XD We couldn't miss the chance to see MST4K again, I loved it back in 2007 and I still love it today XD We saw them do He-man again.
Afterwards we went back to the room and started packing.

Next day we all got kicked out and we loaded up all our crap into Craigs car. I wore Adell's Mom the last day and Jeremy wore Saiyaman. I bought a few things. I bought the Claymore boxset <3 A little TTGL Viral figure It's so cute... ;_; and Jeremy bought me an amazing Vincent Picture from the AA. I feel sad, I didn't get a chance to get my horns from AmericanLink ;_; If you read this and still have them, let me know and we'll get together and I'll buy them.

Oh and my favorite thing I bought was from the dealers room
My Simon core drill! It'll be just perfect for my Simon Cosplay next year. Closing Ceremonies was fun, except for the screaming yaoi fangirl behind me... making me deaf ;_; and waiting in line and getting "chair" screamed in my ear.

It was a great year and I can't wait to go back. ^^
